After meeting with you to discuss --and perhaps set-- your goals for your web site, We'll examine what your competition is doing on the Internet and submit a "functionality proposal" for your approval. After the functional aspects of your site have been set we'll submit a "design proposal" for your approval and proceed with developing your web site. This process typically takes a few weeks, but we have completed a fully functional e-commerce site in under 4 days when time was very important. With our WebSite package you will receive:

Free initial consultation. We work with you to determine the impression you want to make with your web site and the information you wish to convey.

Free Domain Name registration/transfer (www.yourdomain.com). If you do not yet have a domain name we can help you pick an effective, memorable one. WebSite clients are often interested in having multiple domains point to their web site. We can do so for a moderate extra charge.

100 E-mail accounts (you@yourdomain.com). You can use these for your staff or departments. We also include one "catchall" account, so that you do not miss any mail sent to your site.

5-12+ web pages. Attractive, functional, professional pages that project the image you desire and give your visitors the information they need. We construct consistent, easy to navigate web pages and are somewhat flexible about the exact number of pages if you can provide the text and graphics.

3 Standard Scripting Solutions. Pick from a wide variety of possible scripting additions to your web site. Common choices include: contact forms, newsletters, guestbooks, feedback forms, tell-a-friend, message boards, resource pages, counters, random links/text/images, tip of the day, what's new, chat, search engines, file downloading... Additional scripting solutions can be added via our WebDesign service at a 25% discount.

Detailed Site Statistics. You will be able to view the number of visitors to each of your pages, the path they took through your site, the type of browser they use and much more on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Three detailed web site statistic packages are available.

Logo Transfer/ Graphic development. We will transfer your from your printed material to a form that is suitable for use on your WebStart web site and develop any custom graphics as needed. Stock photos, scanning and on-site digital photos are also available.

Your Site on CD-ROM. We will transfer your site onto CD-ROM so that you have a permanent, long-term backup of your web site. (We also perform daily backups of your site, but these are only available in the event of an emergency).

Copy Editing. We are also available to help you determine what you want to say on your site. We can assist in transferring and modifying copy from your print material or in helping you develop new material for your web site.

Web Site Promotion. Your site will be hand submitted to the top 20 search engines. This will help people who are searching for your site find it. We will also develop a standard banner ad for use on your site, and can assist you in purchasing banner space on sites such as Yahoo, Excite, MSN and so forth.
