Description
This is a large, burnt wood plaque similar to the one in the MONA collection. This piece was originally part of the back door of the Marxhausen Family’s Seward Residence. It has been removed and restored.
This piece is has been made available by Concordia University’s Center for Liturgical Arts. Proceeds from the sale of this piece will go toward restoring Reinhold Marxhausen’s original Seward studio. In the CLA’s inventory it is numbered BD5.
