Service Contracts:

Bundled Services & Service Contracts. Frequently our clients ask us to provide two or more of the services that we offer. The consistency and stability of such an arrangement allows us to offer these services and service contracts at a greatly reduced rate.

Each of our service contracts are tailored to the needs of the organization. Typically they involve a set number of hours of service each month for $45 per hour (a 25% savings from our regular rate). These hours can then be used as needed for services such as:

  • Service: If you experience computer related problems, we provide on-site service to trouble shoot and repair your computers quickly.
  • Upgrades: Any upgrades that you request can be completed as part of your service contract.
  • Maintenace: This is somewhat of a "catch-all" category, and ensures that your monthly service is never "wasted". We make sure that your virus protection software is up to date, that your backups are functioning correctly and that all of the routine maintenance is performed.
  • Consultation: Thinking about expanding your computer operations? We're available to act as your computer expert. This is sometimes especially helpful when you are evaluating proposals from other vendors.
  • Training: Use your service contract to help get the most out of your software. We're familiar with many popular software packages, and can help you get the most from your software purchases.

Pricing: In addition to saving 25% on the hours covered by your service contract, we also offer the same savings on any addition service that you require. You can also save by paying annually. When you pay annually, you receive 12 months of service for the price of 10 (because we don't like sending out monthly bills).
